We live in a time of constant stimuli, high mental load, and perpetual inner tension. Even relaxation often becomes a challenge: wanting to switch off—but unable to find peace.
This retreat combines modern mental health practices with in-depth yoga practice.
The focus is deliberately on embodiment: Vinyasa Flow yoga sequences with music, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing help to not only cognitively understand mental stress but also to sustainably regulate it on a sensory-somatic level.
In addition, evidence-based content from stress research, resilience, perceptual psychology, and mental training is presented in an inspiring and visually compelling way.
The individual sessions are energizing, powerful, and dynamic in the mornings – and restorative, calming, and introspective in the evenings.
A special highlight is Inside Flow® on the last day: a choreographed yoga sequence set to music – emotional, powerful, and connecting. Here, all the experiences of the days merge into a unique experience of presence, expression, and flow.
