A revitalising head, neck and shoulder massage combined with a foot reflexology treatment will restore your body’s natural balance.
This intensive massage specifically targets discomfort in the head, neck and shoulder area, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed and at peace. The massage is tailored to your individual needs. A combination of massage techniques and deep strokes using arnica herbal oil helps to relieve muscle stiffness and tension. The treatment lasts approximately 50 minutes, followed by 25 minutes of rest with warm herbal neck pillows on our infrared relaxation lounger.
Rejuvenating and pain-relieving. Herbal foot bath and foot massage, followed by a full-body revitalising massage using a fascia roller and warm herbal compresses. The treatment lasts approximately 50 minutes, followed by 25 minutes of relaxation with warm herbal pillows, a liver wrap to aid detoxification, and a cup of herbal tea on our infrared lounger.

This body massage is a deeply effective treatment tailored to your current level of vitality. It forms part of a holistic approach based on the principles of Traditional European Medicine (TEM). Depending on your individual needs, the treatment is carried out using a special, highly potent alkaline massage oil enriched with alpine herbal essences. The result is a profound balance of muscles, tissues and spirit – entirely in keeping with the principles of Paracelsus.
