A person can go without food for a very long time, and even a few days without water – but only a few minutes at most without air. Breathing is, quite simply, life. By improving and training our breathing, we can also improve our lives.
The fundamental requirement here is to breathe correctly: nasal and abdominal breathing as a foundation, which becomes a healthy habit. Building on this, various breathing exercises offer the opportunity to specifically energise or regenerate oneself. As a general rule: there is a breathing exercise for everything – but not every breathing exercise is equally suitable for everyone.
- breathe better and more efficiently
- learn about and apply different breathing techniques
- find relaxation and calm through breathing
- rediscover your vitality

After the course, you can optionally take an online test and complete the programme with a certificate.

In the afternoon session, I will show you various ways in which you can practise mindfulness whilst sitting and walking – and how you can carry this quality into your everyday life, so that you can be more present in the here and now there too.
