INFORMATION ON THE DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY OF OUR WEBSITE
Accessibility Statement
This accessibility statement applies to the website www.waldklause.at.
We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the applicable legal requirements on digital accessibility. The relevant legal framework includes, in particular, the Austrian Federal Disability Equality Act (BGG), the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV), and EU Directive 2016/2102.
Status of compliance with the requirements
This website is currently partially compliant with the requirements of the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV) 2.0 and EU Directive 2016/2102. Some content is not yet fully accessible. However, we are continuously working to identify and remove existing barriers in order to further improve accessibility.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is currently not fully accessible for the following reasons:
Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
Some PDF documents provided on the website are currently not fully accessible.
If you require assistance accessing these files, please contact us at office@waldklause.at.
We will provide the content in a suitable, accessible format.
Disproportionate burden
Older PDF and Office documents cannot currently be made fully accessible due to economic and organizational constraints.
However, we are continuously working to eliminate existing deviations from accessibility requirements wherever possible.
Content outside the scope of applicable legislation
The website contains older content and documents published before June 28, 2025. These are not subject to the obligations of the Accessibility Act. Retrofitting these contents to be fully accessible is currently not planned.
In addition, the website includes third-party content that is neither created nor controlled by us. As these contents are outside our area of responsibility, no statement can be made regarding their accessibility. They are therefore also exempt from legal accessibility requirements.
Preparation of this statement
The assessment of the website’s accessibility was carried out as part of a self-evaluation based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
We are committed to continuously optimizing our website, particularly with regard to usability and barrier-free access for all users.
