The Worldcup-location Sölden (1.377) is one of Europe's most famous snowboard-centres and simultaneously also one of the most legendary Après-Skiing metropolises. The ski-region (1.370 – 3.250 m) consists of the famous glaciers Rettenbach and Tiefenbach as well as the ski-regions of Sölden, Giggijoch-Gaislachkogel (Funpark). These have recently been joined together with a glacier, creating a perfect ski-circus consisting of 144 km of slopes.
