It is said that truth lies in wine. But as a trained sommelier, at least Florian, the hotel host’s son, knows the truth about wine. And because he is happy to share his love of this noble grape with other people, he regularly takes hotel guests into the wine cellar to show them the treasures stored there and to explain everything that is worth knowing and to offer interesting facts about fine wines. One can sample the wines in our tasting room, and at the same time choose which of the select wines one prefers with meals.
